COW 3 but on HSI Utility / Gold

It's quite weird that HSI dropped over 30% in recent two months while HSI utility index still stay high. In every ends of bear market, HSI utility must drops > 20% as well as HSI. I wonder bear 3 is yet to come. Let's see!
